From there the Beast runs the search: it reviews your resume and offers fixes, crawls for matching roles every day, reads each posting in full, researches the company behind it, rates the fit, checks whether you already know anyone there, and finds the person who owns the role. Then it writes the message for that role, that company and that person. You read it and send it from your own Gmail — or turn on Auto-Apply and let it send your strongest matches for you. Because the application is the weakest way in. Most large employers screen applications with software before a person looks, and the pile keeps growing — 180 applicants per hire, up from 93 the year before (CareerPlug, 2025). Only two things reliably beat applying: someone inside vouching for you, or a message good enough that the person who owns the role answers it. A Gmail account is currently required because Job Beast sends outbound applications from your address. The connection is send-only — we never read your inbox. On top of that, you choose how replies come back: install our Gmail add-on for one-click imports, or simply forward each reply to [email protected]. Yes. Job Beast sends emails from your personal Gmail, not from your work email, and your employer has no visibility into your account or activity. The outreach goes to other companies — it never touches your current workplace. If you turn on Auto-Apply, it won’t activate until you’ve listed who shouldn’t hear from you, and your current employer is the first thing it asks for.

It proposes changes; you decide. Resume Studio reads your resume the way a consultant would and returns each problem as its own card, in priority order: impact, role fit, screening readiness, age signals. Accept, edit or skip each one, with a live preview of the result. Every version is kept and revert is one step. It also tailors a copy per role, so the resume attached to each message is written for that job.

Screening software garbles resumes built with columns, tables or graphics — one common system, handed a two-column design, dropped the skills, contact details and links entirely (Harvard Business School & Accenture, 2021; Jobscan). No. The rule is minimal edit — it sharpens what you already wrote instead of replacing it, and it never adds a metric, tool or claim you couldn’t defend in an interview. You see the exact before-and-after on every card, and every card is optional.

Job Beast uses semantic similarity analysis to compare your resume against full job descriptions. Each opportunity receives a suitability rating (Perfect Fit, Strong Alignment, Potential Candidate, Partial Fit, or Misalignment) with a plain-English explanation of why it’s a match.

About 10 new quality-matched opportunities a day, across all your searches — and you can set that pace yourself, anywhere from 5 to 15. Some days bring fewer: in a thinner market the matches simply are not there, and we would rather send you three that fit than pad the list out to a number. Start a new search and it shows you its first matches straight away, on top of whatever the day already brought.

Yes. During Early Access, you can run up to 5 simultaneous job searches, each targeting a different role and location. Separately, a single search can fan out into several running in parallel, so one target role still covers more ground than one crawl would.

Job Beast works for any professional role where companies publish job listings online — technology, finance, marketing, operations, healthcare, legal, and more. If there are job postings for it, the Beast can find them, match them, and reach the right people.

Yes, anywhere jobs are posted online. Job Beast crawls the location you specify and handles resumes and postings in any language. It also writes the way your market expects — length, formality and structure differ by country, and sending one American cover letter everywhere gets it wrong in a way the candidate never sees.

All of them. Job Beast detects the language of your resume and of each posting, and writes the outreach in the language the recipient expects. No configuration needed.

That is the first thing it tries, because it is the strongest way in — referred candidates are about 6% of applicants but about 29% of hires (Federal Reserve Bank of New York). For every role, the Beast checks that company for people already in your network. When there is someone worth asking, it drafts two things: the note you send them, and a short blurb they can forward on your behalf. You send it yourself — nothing goes out under your name on this path. Roles you come in through someone you know are tracked separately, start to finish.

This is the route when there is no warm path. For each opportunity you approve, Job Beast identifies the best contact at the company — a hiring manager, team lead, or department head — and states why that person was picked. It writes a message for that role, that company and that person, and presents it for your review. You can edit anything before sending it from your own Gmail.

The Beast finds the right contact at the company, writes a personalized email (subject line, body, and signature), attaches a resume tailored to that role, and shows you the lot. You review, edit if you want, then send it from your Gmail with one click. After that the application is tracked automatically — replies detected, follow-ups suggested, status updated.

Auto-Apply through outreach sends your strongest matches for you — emailed to the person who owns the role, never into a portal or a form. It is opt-in, and it will not switch on until you have listed who should not hear from you, your current employer first. You set the bar (Perfect Fit only, or Strong Alignment and up) and a daily cap. Paused searches are never acted on, every send is tagged in your tracker, and the daily digest lists everything that went out.

When a reply reaches Job Beast (via whichever receive path you set up — Gmail add-on or manual forwarding), it is matched to the right application, classified by AI, and the dashboard updates with a recommended next action. If a contact does not respond within a set period, the Beast suggests a follow-up and drafts it for you. If they stay silent after follow-up, it finds a different person at the same company and drafts a fresh approach.

No. Every message is researched and written for that role, that company and that person, and the Beast only reaches out where there is a genuine match. It respects contact frequency limits, and Auto-Apply is gated on fit and capped daily precisely so it cannot turn into volume. A hundred mediocre touches is just a hundred times the ordinary odds.

Yes. By default nothing leaves your account until you have read it — subject line, body and signature are all editable, and you press send. The one exception is Auto-Apply, which you switch on deliberately and which only sends matches above the bar you set. Even then, every send is tagged in your tracker and listed in the daily digest, so nothing happens quietly.

You get an interview kit for that exact conversation: what the company cares about, how your background lines up against the role, and the hard questions to expect. Every application also moves through a thirteen-stage tracker, so you always know where each role stands.

Three Gmail surfaces, all narrow. Sending uses send-only OAuth (gmail.send) — we deliver applications you’ve approved, never read incoming mail. Manual forwarding only sees emails you explicitly forward to [email protected]. The Gmail add-onsees only the single message you currently have open in Gmail — a short preview while the panel is active, and the full message when you click Import. We don’t request gmail.readonly or any inbox-reading scope. The full breakdown is on our Email Integration page.

Two receive paths, your choice. Install our Gmail add-on and click Import once per email (lowest friction, near-instant updates). Or forward each reply manually to [email protected] (no setup, highest privacy). If we can’t auto-match a forwarded reply, you get a one-click link (good for 14 days) to attach it yourself. It is a real mailbox owned and operated by Job Beast, used to receive replies you forward to it. Our backend reads it; no humans browse it. You cannot send from it. Forwarding to it is the way we handle reply capture without ever touching your inbox via Gmail API. Each application also has its own forwarding address you can copy from inside the app — use it when subject lines or sender addresses might change.

Your resume file is never shared with employers, recruiters, or third parties. It’s encrypted at rest and used exclusively by the AI to match opportunities and generate personalized outreach on your behalf.

You can delete your account from your Settings page. Your data is removed from view immediately and permanently deleted from our systems within a retention period. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Yes. During Early Access, every user gets full Beast Mode access — every feature on, nothing held back for a paid tier, no credit card required. You still set your own daily pace, anywhere from 5 to 15 new opportunities a day, and you can change it whenever.
